- Even though the trial of Captain Arkors has begun, the justice system of Vasadan has officially been terminated, thanks to the Democracy Referendum on Friday November 30, 2012. Judge Tollo Warifa, and leader of the Referendum's "YES" side, Michael Wanters, both said in a statement: "On behalf the State Union of Vasadan, the Government of Glorious Unity of the State Union, and the National Strength Justice, we would like to declare the dissolution of the case "Captain Satoriku Arkors Sarugamageti Vishochenge VS the State Union of Vasadan". Defendant Satoriku Arkors Sarugamageti Vishochenge will be released immediately. This cause of this decision, is the November 30th Referendum on whether or not the State Union should transform into democracy. We would like to apologize for this incoviniece."
