Real World:
  • Ukraine is on the verge of a war, after some suppose to be Russian troops took over the region of Cremia. The government of Ukraine is accusing Russia for a declaration of war. US secretary of state John Kerry will visit Kiev to look over this situation.
  • Dozens of people were shot to death at a train station in Kunming, Yunnan, China. Four killers were shot by police, though the total amount of killers were over 10. The government considered this as a 'terrorist' attack.
Fictional World:
  • Captain General of the Soul Society, Geryusai Shigekuni Yamamato, has stated that he will declare war against Russia, if they do not retreat from Cremia. All captains and lieutenants are in support. However, captain of the 13th Division, Jushiro Ukitake, has said a war with Russia may cause a downfall, despite support.
  • Captain of the 13th Division, Jushiro Ukitake, and discharged captain, Kisuke Urahara, has criticized the Republican Party on the basis of social policies and the demographics. They said that the party is more focused on 'angry' old white men, and is promote an extreme conservative ideology. "They have no remorse for any other human being, even us, the Soul Society," said Ukitake.
Local News:
  • Georgia's House of Representatives have passed a bill allowing medical marijuana. The score was 171-4, a big majority. Parents wanted to have that marijuana for their children who suffer from seizures.
  • A fire truck gets caught in a sinkhole in Atlanta, this afternoon. Fire Sgt. Justin Turner operated the truck. No injuries were reported.
National News:
  • The 86th Academy Awards were held in Los Angeles, hosted by Ellen DeGeneres. The movie 'Gravity' won seven awards. The winning motion picture is '12 Years a Slave'. 
  • Another snowstorm has rocketed the Northern United States. An amount of flights have been cancelled. There might be a foot of snow in some areas.
Mexico:
  • A protest in Sinaloa broke out in support of arrested drug carter lord, 'El Chapo' Guzman. Police officers came in and tried to stop the protest. 100 people were arrested, for refusing to retreat.
  • Director of 'Gravity,' Alfonso Cuaron has won an oscar for 'best director'. "Among the virtues and defects of Hollywood, this is one of the great virtues," said the mexican director. 'Gravity' also won six more oscars.
Latin America:
  • Opposition leader, Leopoldo Lopez, is demanding more protests in Venezuela. Lopez was arrested for starting a protest. "We must continue the peaceful struggle. There is no reason to give up our fight," he said.
  • The Carnival in Brazil had the biggest parade in history. The parade was conducted by students of Rio de Janeiro. Over 70,000 people attended the Carnival.
